What is the finder’s fee?
The finder’s fee covers the time and expertise required to source your items in Japan. This includes research, store visits (online and physical), communication with suppliers, quality checks, consolidation, and coordination for shipping.

Why is there a finder’s fee instead of a markup?
We prefer transparency. Rather than inflating product prices, we separate the service cost so you know exactly what you’re paying for — products vs. sourcing.

How much is the finder’s fee?
